I have usually owned Sharp microwaves and have always been pleased with them. This particular model is good although it falls short of a few options that the other Sharp's that I have owned had. But that's okay as I don't cook with this - I simply use it for reheating food and beverages. It is good for the price I paid. BTW, I ordered it on a Sunday and it came on Monday late afternoon.
